Salvation

Salvation; is the most misunderstood concept in Christianity today.

The secular meaning of the word commonly used today is the preservation or deliverance from harm, ruin, or loss.

If the translation of the origin languages used in the writing of the Bible, were other different than our current language, the word means what it means.

Therefore, salvation is only the deliverance of the power from the evil god of this world, and not from the eternal condemnation to remain away from the God of Creation.

Consequently, only the redemption by the Grace of the God of Creation, applied to your soul, the righteousness of Jesus Christ, who the Bible say, that He was sent to this World for that purpose, will enable you to be resurrected by His return to this world. To then take you where He is preparing a place for you (John 14:1-4)

Now, check in the Bible the use of the word salvation = deliverance of the present danger: (Genesis 3:14-15, Exodus 14:13-14, 2 Kings 5:9-15, Mtthew 9:20-21, 14:25-31)

Does any of them referred to the Eternal Separation from God, or is the meaning of salvation, the deliverance from the danger to live under the control of the evil god on this earthly life?

When Christians use the word “saved” today, is because the evil god of this world, has deceived them all, to accept the following concepts:

·           Getting forgiveness of sins.

·           Escaping hell.

·           Going to heaven when they die.

·           Receiving eternal life.

Furthermore, they think that people “get saved” by doing some (or all) of the following:

·         Ask Jesus into your hearts.

·         Confess your sin.

·         Repent of your sin.

·         Get baptized in water.
