The Biblical concept of Eternal Life
was revealed by Jesus Christ before his departure, (John 6:44-45, John 14:1;4)
Before you understand the meaning of
the expression “Eternal Life”, you needed to understand first, the meaning of
the word life, because Christian religions of today, doesn’t’ seem to know, the
difference of meaning, of biological life that starts with birth, follows with
growth ends in death. The Spiritual life is the resurrection, of them all after
death, to enjoy the transformed Eternal Life of the body, soul and spirit.
Only the God of Creation can write
your name in the Book of Life or the book of the Lamb for resurrection to
Eternal Life, (Philippians 4:3, Revelation 3:5)
Unfortunately, many Christians
churches are full of people, that are so convinced that, just by belonging to a
local church, they have received this privilege already, if your answer is yes,
ask yourself again, how did it happen?
We suggest, to confirm the common meaning
of the word salvation, please check the use of this word in several passages in
the Bible. (Genesis 3:14-15, Exodus 14:13-14, 2 Kings 5:9-15, Mtthew 9:20-21,
14:25-31)
Do you think that any of them correspond
to the Eternal Separation from God, or the meaning of salvation in the Bible, is
the deliverance from the condition of living under the grip of the evil god of
this earthly life?
Therefore, think again when
Christians use the word “saved” today, perhaps it is caused by the evil god of
this world, deceiving them all, to accept the following concepts:
· Getting forgiveness
of sins.
· Escaping hell.
· Going to heaven
when they die.
· Receiving eternal
life.
Furthermore, they think that people
“get redeemed” by doing some (or all) of the following:
· Confess your sin.
· Repent of your sin.
· Get baptized in water.
