4 The Bible

Determining when the Bible was written poses challenges, because it is collection of 66 books written by more than 66 authors over around 2,000 Years, where St, Jerome around A. D. 400 included 39 books of the Old Testament referred to us the Hebrew Bible beginning with five books written by Moses and 27 books of the New Testament,  starting with the book of Matthew addressed to a community of understanding the Jewish background. This book also addressed the legal wright of Jesus Christ, to become the King of the Jewish nation. this Bible is commonly referred as the vulgate.

The understanding of the contained revelations is limited to the secular teaching of Christianity of secular background, because without the transformation of the hearth by the Holy Spirit of God himself, the understanding of it is just a collection of secular meaning, to understand the contents of it requires a transformation of the heart to match God’ fundamental qualities: Love, forgiveness and truth. Unfortunately, some of the teachers and pastors seem not to believe what they teach, the evidence in today’s reality, seem to reveal, that is because they under the control of the evil god of this world.

Advances in science and technology have allowed human beings to better understand God’s creation but limited by mankind’s self- sufficiency. However, the evidence remains of man’s need of God’s power to be freed from our basic depravity and selfishness.
