10 Discipleship Fundamentals

The knowledge of the Bible should produce a transformed way to live the Christian life (2 Timothy 3:16-17), In it we learn that God chose a man (Abraham), to form a nation (the Israelites), and through them sent His Son Jesus to save the people living under the total grip of the god of this world, because salvation is the transformation of the human soul to believe and obey God’s will, as it is all revealed in the Bible, for all humankind in the Old Testament Commandments and the teaching of Jesus in New Testament gospels and letters, change their natural way to live.

The preaching of the Gospel should include:

The knowledge of God and His Kingdom, to support your relationship with your adoptive Father in Heaven.

The knowledge of Jesus Christ His human Son who was sent to Earth to give us the light of the truth, about the purpose of the God of Creatin, when he created humans, but also, He paid the price of the ransom to rescue the fallen soul, living today, under the grip of property and mind of the god of this world.

This happened 2,000 years ago with His resurrection from the physical death, therefore, is imperative to understand the work of the Holy Spirit, and his work in transforming the rational soul of humans today.

By starting with the reconciliation with the God of Creation, to receive the work of the Father, the Son and the Holy spirit, in preparing you for the final work of redemption.

Therefore, you could start in your church an intentional discipleship group, with the help of those genuinely interested in learning the truth of the Bible.

All four Gospels and the book of Acts, speak of Christ’s command that all His followers preach the Gospel, by teaching them the function of:  God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. A believer’s total commitment to Jesus Christ as his Lord is demonstrated by witnessing and by public proclamation.
